What can I say? Working with Carla was probably one of the best experiences ever. She makes everything so easy and her expertise is unmatched. Carla helped us find our destination wedding venue (without us having to travel). She would send us photos, videos and extras to assist us in our decisions. She also coordinated our wedding website, booked rooms for our guests, and helped with transportation to and from the airport. Mind you, we had over 150 people at this wedding. She also sent wonderful, informational emails to our guests to keep them updated and also on what to expect/pack. Our guests spoke and still speak very highly of Carla. Working with Carla made all the difference for our destination wedding! Once we started working with Carla, everything became much more organized, and the resorts responded more promptly. She thoroughly supported us and our guests, including coordinating a Trello board to keep me (the bride) on track, as well as handling itineraries and transportation from the airport to the resort. Carla is the best travel agent that I’ve ever worked with. She’s extremely professional, detailed oriented, and has a beautiful spirit. She planned our destination wedding for about 70 people to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and made our life so easy. All of my guests loved Carla! So does my background as a licensed clinical social worker — which, it turns out, is incredibly useful when you're coordinating 80 guests across multiple time zones and someone's flight gets cancelled the morning of the wedding. I stay calm, I problem solve, and I don't stop until everything is handled.
I also know what it feels like to be on the other side of this. I planned my own destination wedding in Mexico — which means I've lived the excitement, navigated the stress, and experienced firsthand exactly what couples need from a planner who actually has their back.
