Here's what working with me actually looks like once you're booked: I handle the back and forth with the resort so you don't have to. I track deposits and payments so nobody falls through the cracks. I answer your guests' questions directly — the ones that would otherwise land in your inbox at 11pm. I coordinate transportation, sort out room assignments, and make sure everyone has what they need before they ever step foot on a plane.
You make the decisions. I do everything in between.
Planning a trip for a group of people — whether it's a wedding or a getaway — has a lot of moving parts that most people don't see until they're already buried in them. That's not going to happen to you. Because by the time any of that would become your problem, it's already been handled.

If your crew is 10 rooms or more, I can take it from the "we should really do this" stage all the way to everyone standing at baggage claim with their carry-ons and their matching trip shirts.
I work directly with the group leader to find the right resort for your occasion, your vibe, and your budget — whether that's a milestone birthday, a bachelorette, a family reunion, or just a trip that's long overdue. Once we've locked in the property, I handle room bookings, payment coordination, and any special surprises you want the resort to pull off.
Once everyone's booked, it comes completely off your plate. You just get to be the person who made it happen.
